1. The Promoter

1.1 This competition is promoted by Depot Marketing Limited (owner of DEPOT In The Castle and Tiger Yard) in partnership with voco St David’s Cardiff Hotel, operated by InterContinental Hotels Group (together referred to as “the Promoter”).

2. The Competition

2.1 The competition is titled “The Ultimate Family Giveaway”.

2.2 The competition will run for two (2) weeks from the launch date stated in promotional materials.

2.3 Entries received outside of this period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

3.1 The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

3.2 Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.

3.3 Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.

4. How to Enter

4.1 Entry is via the official competition post published on the Promoter’s Instagram and/or Facebook accounts during the competition period.

4.2 To enter, participants must follow the entry instructions set out in the competition post(s). Entry requirements will be clearly stated within the post.

4.3 Entries will be accepted from both the Instagram post and the Facebook post. All valid entries across both platforms will be combined into a single pool, from which one (1) winner will be selected at random using a randomised selection process.

4.4 No purchase is necessary to enter.

4.5 Entries submitted after the competition period has closed, or that do not meet the entry requirements stated in the post, will not be accepted.

4.6 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are not received, are delayed, or are incomplete due to technical issues on any platform.

5. Winner Selection

5.1 One (1) winner will be selected at random using a randomised selection process from all valid entries.

5.2 The winner will be contacted using the profile used to enter within a reasonable timeframe after the competition closes.

5.3 If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

6. The Prize

6.1 The prize includes:

• A family overnight stay at voco St David’s Cardiff Hotel (bed and breakfast)

• A family ticket to DEPOT In The Castle (Saturday 25 July 2026 only) (2 adults + up to 3 children aged 2–12)

• A river taxi gift voucher covering travel for 2 adults and up to 3 children

• A £50 voucher for Street Food Social at Tiger Yard

6.2 The DEPOT In The Castle tickets are valid for Saturday 25 July 2026 only and cannot be transferred to any other date or event.

6.3 The hotel stay is valid for either Friday 24 July 2026 or Saturday 25 July 2026 only, subject to availability, and must be taken on one of these dates.

6.4 The river taxi element will be provided as a gift voucher. It is the responsibility of the winner to book travel directly with the provider. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for missed departures, service disruptions, cancellations, or changes to advertised timetables.

6.5 The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives.

6.6 All elements of the prize are subject to availability and may be subject to additional operational restrictions set by the Promoter.

6.7 Travel to and from Cardiff (excluding the river taxi voucher outlined above) is not included.

7. Prize Conditions

7.1 The Tiger Yard voucher must be redeemed in accordance with its stated terms and validity period.

7.2 Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

7.3 Any additional costs incurred outside of the stated prize are the responsibility of the winner.

7.4 Elements of the prize provided by third-party suppliers (including but not limited to the river taxi provider) are subject to those suppliers’ own terms, conditions, and availability. The Promoter and its partners accept no responsibility for the actions, omissions, or service failures of any third-party supplier.

8. Publicity

8.1 By entering the competition, entrants agree that the Promoter may use their name, social media handle(s), and likeness for promotional purposes related to the competition, including across the Promoter’s digital and social media channels.

8.2 If the winner chooses to redeem the prize, the Promoter may capture content (including photography and video) during the prize experience for use in future promotional materials. The winner will be notified in advance of any planned content capture and may decline participation in specific elements.

9. Social Media Disclaimer

9.1 This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform. By entering, participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to any social media platform. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding this competition should be directed to the Promoter, not to the relevant platform.

10. Data Protection

10.1 Personal data collected during this competition will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation (including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018) and the respective privacy policies of the Promoter’s partners.

10.2 For the purposes of administering this competition, personal data (including name, email address, and contact details) may be shared between the following partner organisations:

• Depot Marketing Limited – 

• voco St David’s Cardiff Hotel (operated by InterContinental Hotels Group) – 

Data will only be shared where necessary for competition administration and prize fulfilment, and will not be used for any other purpose without your consent.

10.3 By entering, participants consent to their data being shared between the Promoter’s partners as outlined in clause 10.2 for the sole purpose of administering this competition.

10.4 Marketing opt-in: If you would like to receive news, offers, and updates from Depot Marketing Limited and/or voco St David’s Cardiff Hotel, you may indicate your preference on the entry form. Opting in to marketing communications is entirely optional and will not affect your eligibility to enter or win. You may unsubscribe at any time.

11. Force Majeure

11.1 The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these terms where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, extreme weather events, pandemic or epidemic, civil unrest, government restrictions, venue closures, or the cancellation of events by third parties.

11.2 In the event that any element of the prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute an alternative prize of equal or greater value, or to reselect a winner where the prize cannot reasonably be fulfilled.

12. General

12.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the competition at any time.

12.2 The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
